Established in 1973, CDI Global is a worldwide network of professionals advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures and joint ventures, buy-side and sell-side representation, and due diligence advisory services. They advise on privatization, restructuring, target analysis, valuation, and deal structuring services. All CDI Global Partners are former industry or professional senior executives, who have long business management experience and understanding of business fundamentals. We focus on practical implementation as well as strategy advice, communications and market research. We are specialists in sustainability, water treatment, environmental monitoring, carbon footprinting and greenhouse gas accounting. Our sustainability and environmental services are tailored to the needs of the materials processing sector, particularly chemicals, biofuels, biomaterials and metals. Melanie spent several years working on process development with BP and the National Physical Laboratory. She then represented the Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials, RSB, for four years. She founded Melanie Williams Consulting in 2012.
